Sales Terms

All orders are subject to inventory on-hand.

All items are priced at current catalog prices at the time of shipment.

All custom made orders: customer needs to pay 50% deposit. The balance must be paid before the delivery of the order.

Minimum order: $200 or at our option $10 small order handling fee.

All prices quoted are FOB. GSW warehouse in El Monte, California.

Damage goods or shortages must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise.

Case price is for items sold in a full case only.

Due to GSW's constant product improvement, prices are subject to change without notice.

GSW will not be responsible for improper installation, mishandling etc., except for manufacture's defective.

Net 30 days from invoice date on approved credit.

Any past due inovice will be subject to a 2% interest as the late payment penalty.

There will be a $25 charge for any bounced payment check.

Back orders will be shipped freight collect except when shipping program eligible.

Free freight program: $3,500 for any orders or $2,000 per standard 40"x48" pallet to one destination within the continental U.S.A., excludes custom built equipment, BBQ oven, wok range, and Mongolian grill. Individual crating charge is vary depending on the wooden crate size.

No returned merchandise will be accepted after 14 days upon receiving. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid freight and is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
